James Brandt is a graduate of the RHEMA Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. While attending RHEMA, he was employed by the Oral Roberts Evangelistic Association working with the Abundant Life Prayer Group. James has previously been a full-time pastor, and has had radio shows in Big Rapids, Detroit, and Las Vegas. After pastoring for about five years, he had a traveling ministry that took him around the country. He is also author of the book "Revival Experience Handbook". James is an ordained minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and has been ministering since 1999. His other interests include spending time with family, sports, and aviation. James has a Commercial Pilot License and Flight Instructor Certificate.

Marianne Brandt teaches on several topics with a focus on finding Godly self-esteem and purpose through a relationship with Jesus Christ. Her open communication style allows her to share her experiences so others can relate and apply what she has learned to their own lives. She founded Esteem Ministries in 2011, and has been blessed to travel to several locations throughout Michigan including detention centers, rehab centers, and homeless shelters. Marianne also started Esteem Workshops for young women ages 14 and up and authored the book "The Esteem Workbook". Marianne is an Oakland University graduate with a bachelor's degree in Communications, and has been employed with the Oakland County Register of Deeds since 1999. Marianne enjoys spending time with family, cooking, baking, going for walks, and enjoying life to the fullest.

James and Marianne are blessed with four children, Alyssa, Brooke, Hayden, and Matthew.
